In general, the expression “Flower Honey” refers to the honey obtained by collecting nectar from more than one flower variety, so it is also called multi-flower honey. Honey obtained from a single flower is named after the flower from which it is obtained. Multi-flower honey is the most produced and consumed honey in the world.

Seel Elazığ Flower Honey’s color is amber and it has an intense aroma and sweet taste.
Honey can crystallize over time and can be consumed in its crystallized form. Those who do not prefer to consume it this way can keep the honey jar in hot water to dissolve the honey.
