It took its name from a district of Çanakkale. It consists of a mixture of goat, sheep, and cow’s milk. The flavor and nutritional value of Ezine cheese come from the rich endemic vegetation of the Ezine district where animals feed.
Seel Food Company produces Ezine Cheese mostly in the Ezine district. It also provides products in the Thrace region.
Vacuumed cheeses in 600 grams standard weight are packed in plastic packaging. It is offered for sale as “Seel Ezine Full Fat Matured Sheep Cheese” and “Seel Ezine Full Fat Matured Goat Cheese”. Full Fat Matured Sheep Cheese is produced from 45% sheep, 40% goat, and 10% cow milk. Full Fat Matured Goat Cheese is produced from 55% goat and 45% cow’s milk.
